Are you a new or continuing student at the university of Oregon who is looking for college housing? Then this article is for you. Or, if you are planning on moving somewhere that is totally gorgeous and out of this world, maybe you would benefit from taking a peek at this as well.

We all know that there are many key factors that go into finding the perfect place to live once we move off campus. We want a place that is safe, homey, close to campus, and surrounded by lots of fun activities. If this is what you are searching for, then look no further, because 13th & Olive is the place for you!

They have tons of floor plan options, ranging from 2-4 bedroom apartments, that are built to wow and come with tons of space. They include free parking, Internet and cable, water, sewer, and trash services, and even come with a furnished living room … maybe I need to move to Oregon because that is a really sweet deal! Each bedroom also comes with its own bathroom, which is pretty much icing on top of this already sweet cake. 13th & Olive is within walking distance from both the University of Oregon and Lane Community College, and is in the center of the most happening places in town!

One thing that you’ll be insanely close to if you live here is the infamous “Barmuda Triangle” (get it? Bar-muda), which is perfect because you can have your night of fun and then walk home, without having to worry about organizing a DD. What is the “Barmuda Triangle,” you ask? Well, it’s a super hot spot for college students and locals to relax after a long day of work and school. The triangle hosts seven bars on one single corner: The Horsehead, Rogue Brewery, The Starlight Lounge, John Henry’s, Luckey’s Club, Jameson’s Bar, and Snafu.

Since you’ll be so close, you and your friends can have a night where you visit every bar, or try them all on different nights and see which vibe fits you the most. Everyone argues over which is the best, so which will you weigh in on?

And it doesn’t only have to be for the drinks, you can still have fun if you want to have a sober night as well! The Barmuda Triangle offers places that turn into dance venues, promises live music almost every night of the week, and each place is completely unique, so you’ll have a grand time people watching and seeing who is attracted to which place.

This will also be a great place to visit if you are super hungry after class. You can stop by your adorable apartment on 13th & Olive, change into something that doesn’t scream, “I just came from class,” and head to one of the bars that feature a full menu. Or, if you and some coworkers are looking for a way to blow off steam after a crazy shift, why not head to one of the bars in the Triangle that focuses on their drinks?

Since you’ll be living so close, you’ll soon become an expert at knowing all the places well, which will make you a wonderful host. All of your friends will be dying to crash at your place so they can be close to the wonderful nightlife as well. Some of the places are hippy, some are gay-friendly, some are more appealing to an older crowd, and some are a fancy restaurant by day and a dance floor by night! The Barmuda Triangle is full of new adventures, and I’m sure you’ll never have a dull night with so many places at your fingertips.

Living super close to all this hustle and bustle is also great for when you want to turn in early. You can grab a few drinks with your friends, and then head home to your cozy bed and catch up on the latest episodes of Daredevil. You don’t have to bother anyone to give you a ride and won’t feel trapped if you just need a night to yourself. This can also come in handy if you have to bust out a last minute assignment before you can allow yourself to hit the town. You can easily meet your friends at whichever bar they are at once you are done, since all you need to do is take a quick stroll down the street.

With breathtaking apartments and the prime location that is within walking distance from both your academic obligation as well as your new found place to let off steam, who wouldn’t want to live at 13th & Olive? You can check out their website for more information, and can see for yourself why their apartments are to die for. They are now currently leasing for September 2016, so hurry and apply today — these babies are going to be booked up in no time.
